GrantsFinancial NeedFPS desires to make every student’s education costs as affordable as possible. Students who qualify for financial need grants, can receive a grant up to 50% the cost of tuition. Parents or guardians who desire the financial need grant are required to fill out a brief application to determine eligibility and the amount of the grant. Please be prepared to provide income verification if requested. See the financial aid application for more information.Middle School to High SchoolStudents who complete 8th grade at FPS automatically qualify to receive a grant that is 10% the cost of tuition every year of high school in which they are enrolled at FPS. No application is required. Please note that this 10% will be included as part of the financial need grant if parents/guardians apply for the financial need grant.Sibling(s)For every additional sibling or student who attends FPS that a parent/guardian is responsible for, there is a grant for each student of 5% the cost of tuition. No application is required. This grant will be applied in addition to the financial need grant.ScholarshipsHigh School MeritHigh school students who achieve a GPA between 3.5 and 4.0 for the school year automatically receive a scholarship worth 5% of tuition for the following school year. High school students who achieve a GPA of 4.0 or higher for the school year automatically receive a scholarship worth 10% of tuition for the following school year.Middle School MeritMiddle school students who achieve a GPA of 3.5 or higher for the school year automatically receive a scholarship worth 5% of tuition for the following school year.Other Financial InformationWe recognize that a few parents/guardians may have unique financial situations and may need to make alternate arrangements in order for their student(s) to attend FPS. Please contact us to discuss your situation, and we’ll be happy to see if we can make alternate financial arrangements for your specific situation.All students whether domestic, international, online or on campus are eligible for FPS grants and scholarships. Please note that online students have a lower chance of qualifying for the maximum percentage of the financial need grant as compared to on campus students due to the lower tuition cost for online students.
