Grants and Scholarships

Grants

Financial Need
FPS desires to make every student’s education costs as affordable as possible. Students who qualify for financial need grants can receive a grant that will help cover the cost of tuition. Parents or guardians who desire the financial need grant are required to fill out a brief application to determine eligibility and the amount of the grant. Please be prepared to provide income verification if requested. See the financial aid application for more information.

Middle School to High School
Students who complete 8th grade at FPS automatically qualify to receive a grant that is 10% the cost of tuition every year of high school in which they are enrolled at FPS. No application is required. Please note that this 10% will be included as part of the financial need grant if parents/guardians apply for the financial need grant.

Sibling(s)
For every additional sibling or student who attends FPS that a parent/guardian is responsible for, there is a grant for each student of 5% the cost of tuition. No application is required. This grant will be applied in addition to the financial need grant.

Scholarships

High School Merit
High school students who achieve a GPA of 3.5 or above will qualify for an academic scholarship to be applied to their tuition for the following school year and renewed from year to year provided the student meets the requirements for the academic scholarship.

Middle School Merit
Middle school students who achieve a GPA of 3.5 or above will qualify for an academic scholarship to be applied to their tuition for the following school year and renewed from year to year provided the student meets the requirements for the academic scholarship.

Other Financial Information

We recognize that a few parents/guardians may have unique financial situations and may need to make alternate arrangements in order for their student(s) to attend FPS. Please contact us to discuss your situation, and we’ll be happy to see if we can make alternate financial arrangements for your specific situation.
